Remote client order entry and tracking is one of the many innovations that Bee-Line has developed over the years that helps companies save time and become more cost efficient in their delivery use.
 
 
Bee-Line customers have been able to, in some form or fashion, order and track their deliveries since 1982. Through the years we have made many changes to this service to keep up with our customers' needs and the ever-changing market. Now since 1998 all our customers order and track their shipments via the Internet. By ordering, tracking and running reports on-line, customers can save vast amounts of time and money as well as eliminate communication errors. In the report section, clients can run a variety of different usage reports, broken down by departments or by reference codes to see how much you shipped by the day, week, month or year

Same Day and On-Demand Deliveries

You will be serviced by our entire staff of experienced dispatchers, customer service representatives, sales professionals and the most experienced staff of drivers in the industry. The Bee-Line fleet of delivery vehicles ranges from downtown bicycle couriers in the Metro areas, cars, pick-up trucks and vans to large bobtail trucks and tractor-trailers. All our late model vehicles are inspected on a regular basis to ensure the highest levels of safety. Bee-Line will deliver your shipment across street, across town or across the state and you can even place your order for a delivery on-line.
 
 
 
"Regular" deliveries will be picked up and delivered within four and one half (4½) hours from the time you call. Regular service is available from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. "Regular" deliveries called in after 1:30 p.m. are not guaranteed to be completed on that same day.

"Hot Shot" deliveries will be picked up and delivered within two and one half (2½) hours from the time you call.

"Direct Hot Shot" deliveries will be picked up and delivered within one and one half (1½) hours from the time you call.

"Supershot" deliveries are dispatched immediately and the delivery will be picked up and delivered within one (1) hour from the time you call. Long distance deliveries or deliveries to or from outlying areas may take longer than the scheduled time.

Night, Weekend, and Holiday deliveries are directs only. Deliveries are classified as night or weekend after 5:30 p.m. and before 7:30 a.m., Monday through Friday. Legal holidays will be classified as holidays.

Contract services are available on a full or part-time basis. This service provides you with a driver and a vehicle to take care of any or all of your delivery needs.

Statewide service is available in all cities in Texas for pickup or delivery as well as to all cities throughout the United States. This service is door-to-door ground service and the driver will be dispatched to pickup and deliver the shipment as soon as possible. Rates will vary according to the distance of travel and to the size and weight of the shipment. Please call us for exact pricing.
