Branch Director of Operations
Responsible for development, implementation,
and coordination of sales and operations with full P & L
responsibility. Works with upper level management on personnel
issues, capital expenditures, leases, and any commitments
pertaining to the Company. Assist in sales effort by making
sales presentations and customer service calls in an effort
to acquire profitable business growth for the Company.
Reports
directly to the Company Director of Operations. Qualifications
include minimum 5 years related management and/or sales
experience
and a Bachelors degree in business or related field.
Operations Manager
Responsible for directing the day to
day pickup and delivery operations of the branch in order
to ensure that customer needs are met in a cost effective
manner. Duties include directing the Company's dispatchers
to provide customers with timely cost effective transportation
services as needed. Recommend hiring, disciplinary action,
and termination to Branch Manager. Oversee routing of all
shipments, manage customer service personnel, assist in hiring
of driver personnel, and assist with customer problems. Coordinate
with Branch Manager and sales personnel in the development
of pricing and procedures necessary to maintain quality customer
service. Reports directly to the Branch Manager and the Company
Director of Operations. Qualifications include minimum 2 years
operations experience and at least 1 year of additional supervisory
experience.
Dispatcher
Responsible for the timely movement
of shipments tendered to the Company so as to meet the customers'
needs and expectations. Provide customers with any vital information
pertaining to their shipments and delivery requests. Effectively
communicate to all levels of personnel any and all special
customer service actions or failures. Recommend any hiring,
disciplinary action, or driver counseling to the Operations
Manager. Reports directly to the Operations Manager, Branch
Manager and the Company Director of Operations. Qualifications
include a minimum 1 year customer service, warehouse or transportation
experience.
Driver Recruiting Manager
Responsible for the interviewing, hiring
and training of all new driver recruits. Coordinate with Branch
Manager to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal
employment laws. Recommend hiring, termination or counseling
needs to the Branch Manager. Reports directly to the Branch
Manager and the Company Director of Operations. Qualifications
include minimum 1 year experience in human resources, management,
customer service, or warehousing in the transportation field.
Account Executive
Responsible for making routine sales
and customer service calls and working a specific sales territory
assigned in order to generate revenue to the Company. Develops
and maintains accounts in a professional manner, entertains
and services accounts, and focus time and expense budget on
target accounts which warrant attention. Must maintain a daily
call sheet and/or a weekly planner, complete daily reports
detailing sales activity, and maintain target account list
which is to be reviewed and updated constantly. Adhere to
all sales and business practices of the Company and meet all
Company revenue goals and quotas. Reports directly to Branch
Manager and the Company Director of Sales and Marketing. Qualifications
include a minimum 1 year sales, operations, customer service
or warehouse experience.
