Bee-Line
Delivery Service, Inc. has operated in the delivery
and messenger service industry since its founding
in 1964 by Mr. McMillan. Since that first year,
Bee-Line has grown from one truck and an idea
to a company servicing thousands of businesses
and individuals through out the Greater Houston
area and the State of Texas with one of the largest
delivery fleets in the state. Bee-Line Delivery
Service will continue to be an innovative leader
in the delivery and messenger industry. Through
the years, Bee-Line has produced many firsts for
the industry:
- First to utilize 2-way
radios to communicate with drivers
- First to use fully uniformed
drivers
- First to capitalize on new
technology
- First to use computers for
billing, customer remote order entry and dispatch
More important than all
those industry firsts is the fact that the company's
quality of service exceeds that of its competitors.
Today, two of Mr. McMillan's sons Patrick and
Bruce are leading the company. With cost effective
and innovative plans for expansion both locally
and regionally, Bee-Line will continue to be number
one in the local delivery and messenger service
industry for many years to come.
